About Pawsper
Pawsper is a small, independently run pet supply store based in Maspeth, New York. We sell a deliberately short list of products aimed at one thing: helping pets settle. Calmer nights, calmer meals, calmer summers.
Why we're small on purpose
We'd rather carry four products we can explain properly than four hundred we can't. Every item we list is chosen because it addresses a specific, common problem — a puppy who won't settle in a new home, a cat who won't drink enough water, a dog who inhales dinner in nine seconds, a pet with nowhere cool to lie in August.
How we operate
We work directly with overseas manufacturing partners and ship from their warehouses to you. That keeps our prices lower than they'd otherwise be, and it means delivery takes around 7–10 days rather than the two you'd get from a large domestic retailer. We state that plainly on every product page and at checkout, because we'd rather set the expectation than apologise for it later.
What you can expect from us
- Honest timelines. The delivery estimate you see is the one we work to.
- Straight answers. Email a real question, get a real reply, within 1–2 business days.
- A fair returns policy. 30 days, and if something arrives damaged we replace it without making you post it back.
- No overclaiming. Our products are accessories, not medicine. We describe what they do and leave the veterinary advice to veterinarians.
