Returns & Refunds

We want you and your pet to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in unused, resalable condition with all original packaging and accessories included.

How to start a return

Email pawsper.store@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a return address. Please do not ship anything back before contacting us - returns sent without prior authorisation cannot be processed.

Return shipping costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: we cover all return shipping costs, or issue a replacement or refund without requiring the item back.
  • Change of mind or no longer needed: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or defective on arrival

Please email us photographs within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, and in most cases you will not need to return the item.

Refund processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different colour or size, contact us at pawsper.store@gmail.com. The fastest method is usually to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they enter fulfilment - usually within 12 hours of ordering. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but it can be returned under the terms above.

Items we cannot accept

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or pet damage
  • Items missing original packaging or components
  • Gift cards
