Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once processed, orders typically arrive within 7-10 days. The estimate shown on the product page and at checkout reflects total time from order to delivery.

Please note: our products are shipped directly from our overseas partner warehouses. This is how we are able to offer these products at the prices we do, and it means delivery takes longer than a domestic warehouse would. All applicable duties and import fees are prepaid by us - you will never be asked to pay anything on delivery.

Shipping rates

  • Orders of $35 or more: free shipping
  • Orders under $35: $4.99 flat rate

Rates are shown in full at checkout before payment. We do not add handling fees or any other charges after checkout.

Order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves the warehouse. Please allow 2-4 days after dispatch for tracking information to begin updating.

Multi-item orders

Orders containing more than one product may arrive in separate packages on different days, as items can ship from different warehouses. You will not be charged extra for this.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email pawsper.store@gmail.com immediately - we can usually correct the address before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it.

Delayed or lost packages

If your order has not arrived within 20 days of the shipping confirmation email, contact us at pawsper.store@gmail.com and we will investigate. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at your choice.
